– YOUR RELATIONAL NEEDS
Services

Couples
Therapy
Welcoming all couples navigating ongoing challenges, especially those arising from differing perspectives, histories, needs, attachments, or personalities. Together, we’ll uncover and transform unhelpful patterns, repair what’s needed, remove barriers to intimacy, and foster a more fulfilling connection. I’m dedicated to guiding you toward renewed relationships with both yourself and your partner(s).

Couples
Intensives
Providing extended sessions (typically 1.5–3 hours over a condensed series of meetings) for couples seeking focused, accelerated support. Intensives are ideal for couples who may be ambivalent about their relationship, seriously considering separation, or have been in long-term therapy without meaningful change. While intensives do not resolve deeply entrenched dynamics and trauma, they interrupt patterns that are not working and leave you with greater clarity and a concrete action plan to move forward. Together, we address your most pressing challenges in a compassionate, action-focused format.

Premarital
& Life Changes
Supporting couples preparing for marriage, moving in together, or looking to stay connected during major life changes. Sessions focus on strengthening your relationship while navigating external stressors and uncertainties, and co-creating a shared understanding of values, expectations, differences, and long-term goals for your chosen family.

parents
Parenthood comes with a profound range of emotions and experiences, like moments of immense joy and love to feelings of guilt, doubt, and regret. I specialize in parent work, specifically couples navigating co-parenting, parents facing challenges with their children’s mental health or identities, or strengthening overall family bonds.
The work can include just the caregivers, one parent/one child, or the whole village.

Individuals
Whether you have specific relational needs or a general sense of disconnection, trusting yourself and considering therapy will be invaluable. As a strengths-based therapist,
I believe in personalized approaches, with trauma-informed relational therapy at the core of our time together. Healing and growth occur when our authentic selves are witnessed and wholeheartedly embraced by others. Come as you are, and together, we’ll explore what already resides within you.

A personalized approach
Gain insight into
relational patterns
Understand how you show up in relationships and notice recurring patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Explore how your past influences the present, including your history, thoughts, feelings, body sensations, behaviors, and broader ecological factors. With compassion, address challenges related to security, identity, mental health, and inequities. Begin to heal and repair what’s needed.
Trauma-informed
healing and skills
Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method, grounded in decades of research, strengthen relational interactions and emotional connection. Pair with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindful self-compassion to support healing of wounded parts and regulate your mind/body. Together, these approaches deepen relational awareness, improve co-regulation, and support healthier togetherness.
Goal-driven practice,
progress and change
Growth happens in the small, everyday moments when we choose to take healthy risks and approach relational challenges differently. Turn insights and skills into practice by rewiring automatic reactions into intentional responses. Work daily to build new patterns that support flexibility, repair, and effective problem-solving in your life and relationships, while making space for humor, play, and creativity.
